This vintage hook-and-eye closure is composed of bright green oval cabochons, surrounded by textured chain link frames, in antiqued light goldtone, along with a filigree overlay. There are two eyelets on the back of each piece so that they can be sewn onto a garment. There appears to be some slight water damage behind one of the cabochons; this does not detract from the closure as a whole. The closure has an age-appropriate patina.

The entire hook and eye assembly measures 5" across and 1-1/2" wide.
